Operation School Bell®

Operation School Bell is a 28-year old program modeled after the Assistance League national program. We provide new, school appropriate clothing and hygiene kits during the school year for about 800 children in grades K-12 in 39 Klamath Basin schools. Also, once a year, we provide 2 copies of latest Caldecott and Newbery books to Klamath County and City elementary schools.

Project USA

We provide colorful, large scale maps of the United States painted on school playgrounds. Children use these 66′ x 33′ maps for games as well as educational learning activities.

Families In Crisis

Klamath Crisis Center or Marta’s House is a temporary shelter for battered women and children. located in Klamath Falls. It provides shelter and programs for about 200 women and children throughout the year. We provide diapers and wipes for the babies, bus tokens, and holiday gifts and goodies.
